Our Pro marketplace is very active, which results in service providers competing for Billy.com leads. The price provided during onboarding is a “floor” price and the minimum we will accept. If you decide that your company needs more volume, then increasing the price you pay is the quickest solution.
If we have multiple service providers that want the same customer and are paying the same price, we will deliver leads via a round robin process. This means you will get half of the leads you normally would get. Our Partner Portal allows for dynamic bidding, so if there are certain jobs or zip codes that you really want, you can bid more just for those.
