I know we're friends and all, but my legal people forced me to put this on my site.

We own the rights, title and interest in and to the Services.
The Billy.com name and logo are our trademarks, and no right or license is granted
to you herein to use such trademarks.
Some of the content, text and graphics in the website may be owned or licensed by
third parties, in which case the copyrights and any other rights are reserved to
these parties.
Linked Websites
The Services may contain links to external websites or resources to sign up for
products and services provided by third parties, or for your convenience and reference.
Our inclusion of third party links does not imply that we endorse or accept any
responsibility for the availability of these external websites or resources or for
any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such
external websites or resources. Your use of and dealings with the owners or operators
of these external websites or resources are at your own risk. You cannot make any

Insurance Quotes
The purpose of my Billy.com insurance quotes service (the "Insurance Service") is
to provide you with the ability to obtain comparative life insurance quotations
from a nationwide network of insurance agents, brokers and other licensed insurance
providers (the "Providers"), based on the information you provide. Each Provider
may have one or a number of companies with which they will provide you with the
best quote. Once you have given me the necessary information, by sufficiently completing
an appropriate online form, I will refer that information to my Providers and will
present to you quotations for insurance coverage for you as received from the Providers
who in some cases may contact you directly if they can provide you with a quotation
for insurance coverage. From time to time I and/or these Providers may ask for additional
information that the Providers may need to obtain an accurate quote.
The actual price of any policy you may be offered at the conclusion of your application
and underwriting process may be higher or lower than the price quoted by the Insurance
Service. This variance may be due to additional information that the Providers discover
in the course of underwriting your application, a change in your age, or a change
in the insurer's rates.
By using the Insurance Service, you agree that you will not provide any false or
misleading personal information or submit information for anyone other than yourself
without that person's written permission.
By submitting your information on the Insurance Service, you authorize up to 8 Providers
or other Insurance Service partners or third party affiliates to contact you using
any or all of the contact information you provide.
By submitting a request for the Insurance Service, you represent that you are not
doing so, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of or in connection with any attempt
to solicit, sell or obtain insurance to, for or on behalf of a third party (other
than as a means of referring such third party to the Service).
I am not an insurance company and do not quote policies, issue insurance contracts
or bind coverage. I do not endorse or recommend any companies or life insurance
policies and I do not provide life insurance, tax, financial or legal advice. I
do not guarantee that any of the Providers, life insurance agents, brokers and/or
companies to whom I may pass along your information will contact you or agree to
provide you coverage. I am not responsible in any way, for the conduct of the Providers,
life insurance agents, brokers or companies to whom I forward your insurance quotation
requests. If you need personal advice, explanation of coverage, assessment of needs
or specific policy recommendations, consult with a licensed life insurance agent,
broker, or other qualified professional.

and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fees, expenses and costs (including
attorneys' fees, court costs, damage awards, and settlement amounts) which result
from any claim or allegation against any of those indemnified parties arising out
of your use of the Services or your violation of our Terms of Use, or the infringement
by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity..

and should be considered as part of this agreement.
General Provisions
You agree that this agreement, the rules and policies incorporated by reference
in this agreement (including, without limitation, the dispute policy and the privacy
statement) are the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between you and us regarding
our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written
or oral, or whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent, with respect
to the subject matter of this Agreement, including, without limitation, any purchase
order provided by you for the services.
You and we agree that this agreement and any disputes hereunder shall be governed
in all respects by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the
State of Delaware, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles that
require the application of the law of a different state.
