Moving in Ontario
If you’re moving long distance, it makes a lot of sense to fly into or out of Ontario International Airport. The city of Los Angeles actually owns this airport, which serves as a hub for freight carriers. Corresponding with that is a significant number of major expressways. Interstate 10, along with State Route 60 – also known as the Pomona Freeway – head east and west through Ontario. I-10 is north of the airport and SR60 is south of the airport. I-15 and SR 83 both run north and south, I-15 doing so on the eastern side of the city and SR 83 on the western side.
